How much do your services cost?
I have an extensive list of computer services that I offer. Some of them consume a lot of time or are more difficult/risky than others. Each job is handled on an individual basis. Because of this, I offer a free diagnosis for computer repairs and a free consultation for other services. Once a solution has been determined, I can give an estimate on how much it will cost. Repairs tend to average $40.00 an hour, and most computer can easily be fixed within 1-2 hours. For pricing questions or concerns, you may call or email me, and I will be happy to answer them.
How long do repairs take?
I try to guarentee a 3-5 day turnaround on computer and printer repairs. If parts need to be ordered, please allow up to 7 business days for the part to arrive. If I don't have something required to fix your computer (power cord, software, etc.), the repair will be delayed until I have received it. Other services that are offered vary in time depending on the job.
Do you warranty your work?
In most cases, I offer a 30 day limited warranty on my labor unless I state otherwise. I will notify you before a repair if the work is still under warranty or not.
Where do I drop off my computer?
You may drop off your computer at either Ageless Medical Center or BMS. Ageless is located at 1110 Homer Road, Minden, LA 71055, in the shopping center behind Taco Bell. BMS is located at 1142 Homer Road, Minden, LA 71055, in the same shopping center.
When can I drop off my computer?
You can drop off your computer any time between 9AM-5PM, Monday through Friday. If you need to drop off a computer to be worked on, and you are unsure if those locations will be opened (after 5PM or a Holiday), call or email me.

How far does your service area cover?
I currently offer my services as far west as Shreveport and as far east as Ruston, Louisiana. Depending on the distance, an additional charge may apply. Please call or email me with questions regarding on site work.
